The Jiusheng Doll 153cm body featured in the video has fine skin texture extending across the arms, hands, and legs—not just around the joints.
This texture is formed directly by the mold. It is not sprayed on afterward.
The arm and hand close-ups show how the detailing continues along the surrounding skin, creating a consistently textured appearance.
Standard 152cm Body: Localized Joint Details
The standard 152cm body shown in the comparison has shallow skin details around the wrists, finger joints, and knees, rather than the same all-over molded pattern.
Its remaining surface is not completely smooth, however. A subtle grain can still be felt when touched. The difference lies in the coverage and definition of the molded texture, not simply whether the body has any surface detail.

Both the 153cm and 152cm bodies feature realistic veins, subtle skin spots, and variations in skin tone. These painted details add visual depth and complement each body’s surface finish.
