30% Deposit Policy for Custom Sex Dolls
A custom doll is a personal purchase. RealisticDoll’s 30/70 payment option allows eligible customers to begin production with a 30% deposit and pay the remaining 70% after reviewing the completed doll through pre-shipment photos or video.
How the 30/70 Payment Plan Works
- Pay the 30% deposit shown in the order or quotation after confirming the product and customization options.
- Production begins after payment is confirmed and all required customization details are complete.
- When production and inspection are complete, we provide photos or video of the finished doll. After approval, the remaining 70% must be paid before shipment.
Eligible Orders
The option is generally intended for eligible made-to-order dolls. It may not apply to US or EU warehouse stock, clearance products, parts, accessories, brands requiring full payment, or payment methods that do not support split payments. Contact us before ordering if the option is not shown.
Confirm Your Customization
Before paying, verify the brand, model, body and head combination, material, skin tone, eyes, wig or implanted hair, makeup, skeleton, functions, measurements, approximate weight, accessories and delivery information. Production normally starts only after the deposit and all required details have been confirmed.
Production Time
Custom production normally takes approximately 15–30 days. Brand schedules, implanted hair, special makeup, unusual skin tones, complex features and public holidays may extend this estimate. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
All custom orders may request photos or video before shipment. Check the body and head combination, skin tone, makeup, hair and other visible options. Reply promptly because delayed approval may delay shipment. Lighting and screens may cause slight color differences, and reasonable handmade variations are not necessarily defects. Report any visible mismatch before approval or final payment.
Remaining 70% and Shipment
After approval, we will request the remaining 70%. The order cannot ship until the balance is paid and the delivery information is verified. RealisticDoll does not accept cryptocurrency. The 30/70 arrangement is a split payment for a purchase, not a loan or financing service.
Changes, Cancellation and Refunds
Request changes as early as possible. Requests made within 48 hours may be accepted without an additional charge if production has not progressed beyond the relevant stage. Later changes depend on factory approval and may incur costs. Custom-order cancellations are reviewed according to the production stage and expenses already incurred. See our Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
The deposit option does not guarantee a shipping method or delivery date. After final payment, the route is selected according to package size, weight, destination and available services. Air transportation is estimated at 10–25 business days; rail, sea or truck transportation is approximately 40–60 days. These estimates do not include production. See our Ordering & Shipping Policy.
