We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, weights, images, prices and options accurately. Colors may vary because of lighting and screens; handmade measurements, makeup, texture and implanted hair may reasonably vary; manufacturers may update specifications; promotional accessories are included only when stated; and not every body, head, feature or accessory is compatible.
Before ordering, review the brand, model, material, body and head, measurements, approximate weight, skin tone, makeup, hair, skeleton, functions, accessories and delivery information. If options conflict or information is missing, production may wait until clarification.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Website listings are invitations to place an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. An order is accepted when RealisticDoll confirms payment, availability, required customization information and acceptance for production or fulfillment.
We may decline or cancel an unaccepted order because of unavailability, a material pricing or description error, payment or fraud concerns, an unsupported destination, legal restrictions, missing information or breach of policy. If payment has been received, the refundable amount will normally be returned through the original method.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices appear in the displayed or selected currency. Unless expressly included, they may not cover upgrades, additional shipping, import duties, taxes, customs or carrier fees, or costs caused by incorrect delivery information. The final amount appears at checkout or in a written quotation.
Available payment methods are those shown at checkout or confirmed by RealisticDoll. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency. Never pay an account, link or wallet not confirmed through our official website or contacts. Bank and payment-provider reviews may cause delays outside our control.
7. Custom Orders and Deposit Payments
Custom products are manufactured to confirmed specifications. Eligible orders may use the 30/70 arrangement: pay a 30% deposit, confirm all details, review applicable pre-shipment photos or video after production, and pay the remaining 70% before shipment. This is split payment for a purchase, not a loan.

8. Shipping, Customs and Delivery
Shipping depends on the product, package size and weight, destination, local law and available routes. Production and transit estimates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Customers must provide complete delivery information, confirm lawful import and possession, cooperate with customs and pay import charges unless DDP has expressly been confirmed.

9. Changes, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Approval depends on the order type, payment status, prepared materials, production or packing stage, shipment and incurred costs. Custom orders may be subject to deductions.
Adult dolls and related products are intimate goods. Hygiene restrictions apply, and used, altered, improperly cleaned or contaminated products may be ineligible for return. 10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
Website content is owned by or licensed to RealisticDoll; manufacturer trademarks and materials belong to their owners. Personal, non-commercial viewing and printing are permitted. Without permission, you may not commercially reproduce or distribute content, scrape data, misuse branding, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, commit fraud or impersonate RealisticDoll or its partners.
11. Reviews and User Content
Submitted content must reflect a genuine experience, be lawfully yours, respect third-party rights and contain no unlawful, defamatory, malicious or unauthorized private information. You retain ownership and grant RealisticDoll a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, translate and display it for operating, improving and promoting our services. We may refuse or remove content that breaches these Terms.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country or region. Contact us first with the order number, issue and evidence so we can seek a resolution. If unresolved, Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. General Provisions and Contact Information
We may update these Terms when services, procedures or laws change. The version in effect when an order is accepted normally governs that order. If one provision is invalid, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These Terms, incorporated policies and confirmed order-specific terms form the agreement; confirmed specifications prevail over general descriptions, subject to mandatory law.
