Recent increases in U.S. Customs inspection rates may result in additional processing delays of 10 or more business days for shipments destined for the United States. This notice remains in effect until further updates are provided.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Regions
For the majority of destinations, we handle all customs clearance and import taxes on your behalf. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
DDP applies to: USA, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Ukraine.
Non-DDP Regions
For select countries, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Non-DDP regions include: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, Malaysia, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland.

Pre-Shipment Verification
We provide actual factory photos and videos of your doll before shipping. This transparency allows you to confirm the quality, details, and customization of your specific product, ensuring no unexpected surprises upon delivery.

- Custom orders are processed in the order they are received; we will notify you promptly if any production delays occur.

- Loss: Full reimbursement if your domestic package is not delivered within 30 days (60 days internationally).
- Delayed Arrival: $5 compensation for packages exceeding 10-day domestic or 30-day international delivery windows.
